We're Home

Conway was discharged a little after 5:00pm. We're so happy he didn't have to stay overnight. He's extremely upset that he isn't going bowling tonight, which was his wish. He also won't be able to swim for a week, which is a bummer given that pools open this weekend and it's going to be 98 degrees tomorrow! We're hoping he feels up to going to the Cardinal game tomorrow evening for Congenital Heart Night at Busch Stadium. His cardiologist will be there, too! How's that for a follow-up appointment?!

Conway, you're a real trooper and have been so brave throughout all of this!! I'm so glad you have a friend like Grant to be buddies with! You're so strong and I am praying that God speeds your healing as fast as possible so that you will get to go swimming very soon! I hope you have a wonderful summer and enjoy Kindergarten at your new school! I miss seeing you and your smile -- thank goodness your Mommy is so good about posting pictures :) :)

Dear Erin and Greg, I have been away from the computer for two weeks since my older sister had a total hip replacement and needed help. I just read about the cath and the upsoming surgery. Thank God you found this out in time to take care of it without harm developing. Count on my prayers, always. Sr Josephine
